Terms & conditions

Terms of purchase

Currently we only have the opportunity to handle orders and deliver our goods within Sweden and Denmark.

You will receive an order confirmation for your order once the order has been placed in the webshop and we have had the opportunity to process it.

Delivery time from your placed order is between 2–10 working days for stocked items. Should there -for any reason- be a delay in the delivery time, we will notify you of this via the e-mail you registered the purchase with.

Packages that fit in the postbox will be delivered directly to your home address. For larger packages, or residences where the package cannot be delivered directly to the postbox, delivery will take place via a postal agent. Once the package has arrived, you will receive a notification via text message or e-mail and you can then pick up the package upon presentation of valid identification.

The parcel will be available for pick-up for up to 14 days before it is returned to us. If your parcel is not picked up, we will charge you for the cost of both delivery and return. Thus, failure to pick up a package does not mean the same as canceling a purchase.

Stock availability may vary and should this affect your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you have a chance to cancel your purchase.

Our prices on the website refer to goods including VAT and excluding shipping. Depending on which market you are in, the currency is in SEK or DKK. In Sweden, SEK applies and in Denmark, DKK applies. The current price for an item is the one that will be communicated at the time of the order. For order value of 500:- or more, we will pay the shipping fee. For order value below 500:-, a shipping fee will be added, see shipping cost at checkout.
