Delivery terms

You will receive an order confirmation for your order when the order has been placed in the webshop and we have received it. The delivery time is between 2-10 working days for stocked items. Should there be a delay in the delivery time for any reason, we will notify you of this via the email you registered the purchase with. We reserve the right to change the stock balance and should this affect your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you have the opportunity to cancel your purchase.

The package will be delivered to the nearest post office. Once the package has arrived, you will receive a notification via text message or email and you can then collect the package upon presentation of valid identification. The package will remain at the delivery location for up to 14 days before it is returned to us. If your package is not collected, we will charge you for the cost of both delivery and return. Therefore, failure to collect the package does not constitute cancellation of the purchase.

Shipping 

Our prices on the website refer to goods including VAT and excluding shipping. Depending on which market you are in, the currency is in SEK, DKK or EURO. In Sweden, SEK applies, in Denmark DKK applies and in other countries EURO applies. The current price for an item is the one that will be announced at the time of the order.

For orders placed in the Swedish and Danish markets, shipping is free for orders over 500 SEK/Danish kronor. In the EURO market, 10 EURO is added for orders under 100 EURO.
