History

Who is so crazy that he starts a ski shop on an island in Lake Vänern? Krona på Hammar was started over 25 years ago by the ski-mad enthusiast and multi-tasker Lennart Krona Kronesäter at home in his garage in Hammar, a residential area on Hammarö. Lennart has been a profile throughout the years and is widely known for his way of trying out ski boots on children and adults. In the workshop he has had many of his own solutions for how to repair damaged skis. In his work with alpine equipment he has developed his own tools and methods to achieve a good result that has often exceeded the customer's expectations and has even been on the verge of the impossible.

Today, KRONAS is a ski shop and workshop with great knowledge, commitment and experience of skiing in various forms. Skiing is the most fun we know! With us you will find both new and used skis for adults and children. Our focus is on recycling both in terms of the environment, economy and riding pleasure, but you should also be able to buy new when necessary. We are passionate about alpine skiing!
