Granqvist Sportartiklar AB (GSAB) is the data controller for all your personal data that is processed within our company. We process the personal data that you must provide to us in the capacity of placing an order. Customer data is stored in our customer register when ordering. For us, this information is important in order to be able to fulfill and administer our work, deliver our goods, facilitate any complaints and that you as a customer can receive order confirmation from us.
We will store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing or to comply with our legal obligations. You have the right to request a copy of all personal data that we process about you and the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to request correction or deletion of personal data and request restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you. If the processing of your personal data that you want to restrict or delete is necessary for us to be able to fulfil and administer your order, however, we cannot fulfill our mission.
